Mutee-ur-Rehman Baig is a committed academic leader with over 20 years of progressive experience in curriculum development, educational leadership, Arabic language, and Islamic pedagogy. He holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from University of Karachi, and formal qualifications in Islamic Education and Arabic Language from Jamia Abi Bakr Al-Islamia.

He is also certified in School Leadership and Management by AKU-IED. At Reflections, he has led teacher training workshops, curated impactful Seerah exhibitions, enhanced Arabic and Islamic Studies curricula, and played a key role in Hadith instruction and student counseling. His work reflects a deep commitment to educational excellence rooted in Islamic values.
