Registrations for the next academic year usually start in December of the preceding year. The date is announced both on our website as well as our social media channels.

A simplified procedure has been instituted comprising of the following steps
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED WITH REGISTRATION FORM
1. Birth Registration Certificate (BRC) issued by NADRA
2. Form-B or Family Registration Certificate (FRC) issued by NADRA
3. Four recent passport-sized photographs of the child (Headscarves mandatory for girls aged 7 and above)
4. A copy of parents’ CNIC (front & back)
5. A copy of the guardian’s CNIC (if the information is provided on the registration form)
6. A copy of the latest school report
7. School Leaving Certificate from the last school attended (to be submitted before the start of session)
8. Registration fee receipt of Rs. 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only)

Arabic Support Programme (ASP)
Arabic Support Programme (ASP) is offered to students who are not familiar enough with the Arabic language to attempt the Arabic admission test paper. ASP is only offered to students appearing for admission tests for classes Prep 2 to Class 4. The child has to clear the admission test for English, Urdu and Mathematics to be eligible for the ASP. The admission test for Arabic is waived on the condition that the parents ensure that their child maintains 90% attendance in these classes. The tentative details for ASP are as follows:

Hifz Optional Programme
The Hifz Programme at Reflections starts from Class 2 and ends in drop year class (which is an intermediate class between class 4 and 5). After the drop year class, students are given a chance to join class 6, subject to an entry level test. Admissions in Hifz are taken in Class 2 only and registrations start in March for the students of Class 1. It is mandatory for interested parents to attend the Hifz orientation and sign an undertaking.
Admissions for the Hifz Programme are finalized after a test and parents’ interview. Hifz Programme at Reflections is run under the ambit of Reflections Madrasa registered with Wifaaq ul Madaris, and is an optional programme. A separate hifz fee is charged for the Hifz Programme.
The monthly hifz fee listed is billed on a quarterly basis.

Iqra Qaida complete with fluency and Tajweed.
Grade 3:
Nazra from Para 26-30 with fluency and Tajweed.
Memorization of 30th Para complete.
